In which currency are the prices listed on the website?

All prices are quoted in euros.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for production; average shipping time is 4-8 days within Germany and 4-15 days within the EU. If you have any questions, please email us at toantaishopify1971@gmail.com.

I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if you receive a defective or damaged product. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned packages.

Please note: If your package is in transit, you will need to wait until it arrives and return it before you can receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order before it is shipped.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do now?

If you entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address is incorrect, please notify us by email at toantaishopify1971@gmail.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
